Terms and Conditions for Data Force Labs

1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Data Force Labs ("Data Force", “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of our website and services, including but not limited to the automation, data management, and lead generation services we provide (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS, YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Site or provided to you from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of these Terms, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. Please ensure that you check these Terms regularly.
2. Services
Data Force Labs provides custom automation management services, including but not limited to:
Creation, maintenance, and management of automation workflows
Data storage and management
Lead generation and outreach automation services
All automations, workflows, and processes created by Data Force Labs remain the exclusive property of Data Force Labs, and clients are not permitted to copy or replicate them for use outside of our agreement without written permission.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Data Force Labs' services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, all materials, including source code, databases, functionality, software, designs, and other intellectual property on the Site and within the Services (collectively, the "Content") are owned or controlled by Data Force Labs or licensed to us. The Content is provided for your use in accordance with these Terms and may not be copied, reproduced, or exploited without our express prior written permission.
5. User Representations
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
All registration information you submit is true, accurate, current, and complete
You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update it as necessary
You will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
Your use of the Services will not violate any applicable laws or regulations
6. Subscription and Payments
6.1 Minimum Commitment: You agree to a minimum commitment of three (3) months for all paid services.
6.2 Fees: You agree to pay the fees as specified in your service agreement. Payments are processed via [payment processor], and all payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
6.3 Payment Methods: We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and confidential information disclosed during the service relationship, including but not limited to business processes, client data, and automation workflows.
8. Data and Records Management
Data Force Labs will maintain and store data related to the automation services provided. However, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable privacy laws and for managing the data generated by the Services. Data Force Labs does not maintain long-term backup of client data.
9. Limitation of Liability
Data Force Labs will not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Data Force Labs harmless from any claims, actions, or proceedings arising from your use of our services or breach of these Terms.
11. Termination
After the Minimum Term, either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice at least ten (10) days before the end of the current billing period. Early termination before the completion of the Minimum Term may result in additional fees.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of [State Name]. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration administered by [Arbitration Institution].
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or by updating these Terms on our website.
